Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only. Harambe Hues is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only issued in cases where:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- The incorrect item was received
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photographic evidence.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to artwork, designs, logos, text, graphics, and images, is the exclusive property of Harambe Hues.
Purchase of a product does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork.
REFUND POLICY
All Harambe Hues products are custom-made. As such:
- No returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing
- Refunds/replacements are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Harambe Hues is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped. Carrier claims may be required.
